Corporate Photography Case Study
The Situation
Pearce Services runs infrastructure most of the country depends on and rarely thinks about: telecom towers, solar and wind installations, EV charging networks, the wiring underneath modern life. Twenty-five offices. Over 1,800 technicians and engineers spread across the country. Headquartered quietly in Paso Robles.
Over three separate Managers Meetings held in Paso Robles, Pearce brought leadership together from offices around the country, growing from just over 100 attendees at the first gathering to more than 500 by the third, including one occasion built around an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Award ceremony and reception, honoring the company's support of employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. Each visit called for something different: consistent headshots for a national team, coverage of presentations between sessions, breakout sessions, and, for the ESGR event, photography with the tone a formal recognition ceremony deserves.
The growth stat is also a good match for the Strategic Decision paragraph right after it — a company that went from 100 to 500 attendees in two meetings needs a system that scales, not just one that repeats. Want me to work that connection into that paragraph too, or leave it as is?
The Strategic Decision
A company this size can't afford headshots that look like they were taken by twelve different photographers over twelve different years, which is what usually happens when hiring outpaces photography. The approach was to treat it as a system, not a series of one-off bookings: a repeatable on-site headshot setup that stayed consistent across all three meetings, paired with editorial coverage flexible enough to move between casual breakout-session candids and the more formal register a military recognition ceremony calls for.

The Outcome
"It was great working with Gina for our company event and headshots. She really helped us out in a pinch. And the photos were amazing. We will definitely be using her for all of our photo needs."
— Susan Showler, Branding and Communications Manager
Pearce brought Ginici Studios back sixteen months later for the second engagement — the clearest proof the first one worked.
If your company has outgrown a one-off photographer, let's talk about what a repeatable system looks like for your team.
